The Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Fund exists for a single purpose: to direct Oklahoma's education tax credit program toward public school districts across the state.
Why we exist.
OEOEF was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in December 2025 to take full advantage of Senate Bill 1080 and the Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act.
We exist to remove the friction between donors who care about Oklahoma students and the local public school districts that need the money. We handle the certification, the reporting, and the IRS paperwork. Donors give. Schools receive. Classrooms benefit.
We run lean. Every administrative dollar avoided is a dollar that reaches a classroom.
